Precautions for liquid oxygen in various scenarios:
1、The use of liquid oxygen by each user should establish perfect "Technical Operation Procedures".
2、Liquid oxygen gasification device is strictly prohibited to use open fire or electric heating gasification.
3、Before the liquid oxygen tank is put into use, the system should be pressure tested, degreased and purged with oil-free dry nitrogen gas as required, when the dew point of the gas in the tank is not higher than -45℃, then it can be put into use.
4、When multi-stage liquid oxygen pump is used for pressurization, there should be a protective wall around the liquid oxygen pump that meets the safety requirements, and the electrical switch should be installed outside the wall.
a、The pump sealing gas should be dry, oil-free nitrogen. The sealing gas pressure and flow rate should be strictly controlled to meet the design requirements.
b、The grease of the pump bearing should be selected according to the technical performance requirements of the equipment, and the grease that is resistant to high and low temperature and not easy to burn should be used.
c、After stopping and before restarting, the liquid oxygen pump should be purged with nitrogen gas at room temperature, dry and without oil; before starting, it should be started only after sufficient pre-cooling and checking and confirming no abnormal phenomenon.
5、The temperature of oxygen after liquid oxygen gasifier should be strictly monitored should not be lower than -10℃.
6、Liquid pressurization before the pipeline should be installed on the cut-off valve, safety valve, liquid discharge valve, (love air separation circle original) after pressurization of the pipeline should be equipped with a check valve.
7、liquid oxygen discharge near the mouth is strictly prohibited to place flammable and explosive substances and all debris. The ground near the liquid oxygen discharge port should not be built with materials containing flammable and explosive (plus asphalt, etc.).
8、Special analytical instruments should be set up, equipped with professional personnel, at least once a week to analyze the acetylene content in the liquid oxygen storage tank, when it exceeds 0.1×10-6, liquid oxygen should be discharged.
9、It is strictly forbidden to use containers without degreasing treatment to hold liquid oxygen.
